I have been in practice since 2010, and my areas of specialization include working with adults living with high functioning autism,  adults living with ADHD and ADD, and highly sensitive people (HSP).

I have extensive education and experience in the fields of counselling psychology, health sciences, nutrition, wellness and Chinese Medicine.

My mission is to provide counselling and therapeutic services that will help clients uncover blind spots, achieve greater perspective and understanding of ASD, ADHD and HSP, develop communication skills, discover tools and strategies that benefit day to day living, and build an improved quality of life.
